Archetype was founded in the Summer of 2007 as the brainchild of
choreographer Pavan Thimmaiah and music industry insider Janelle
Young. Both having years of experience in working and
observing young artists strive to succeed. After seeing
the many challenges young artists faced, they wanted to provide
a forum and means for young artists to really develop themselves
into unique and independent performers that have their own
style, aura and presence.

Co-CEO/Choreographer
Pavan,
Founder and Director of PMT Dance Studio & its affiliate
companies. Pavan's teaching resume includes NYU,
LIU, Peridance, Ballet Arts and SAB (guest teacher).
He has appeared on MTV and the Conan O'Brien Show while
choreographing & performing for the likes of Apache
Indian, Sean Paul and the Bollywood Movie Awards...

JANELLE YOUNG
Co-Founder
A recent graduate of NYU, Janelle has studied the music
industry in a very short period of time. She has done
work with Sony Music, Universal Music Group, J records,
New York Music Awards to her current affiliation with
